Job Summary
The Talent & Development Manufacturing Coordinator (T&D) Co-Op is a self-starter, with excellent organizational and communication skills who will maintain documentation and support key T&D compliance processes. This hands-on role requires collaboration with Operations, T&D, and Team Members (TMs) to foster the FGF culture and promote Team Member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews and ensure compliance with documentation requirements (e.g., SIN, work permits)
Support agency team member transitions and maintain accurate HRIS records, job descriptions and organizational charts
Oversee training documentation and materials, and assist with Learning & Development programs, internal training projects and job postings
Prepare and deliver onboarding and orientation materials for new hires
Manage team member inquiries, provide vacation coverage for Site Coordinators and assist with internal communication initiatives
Act as a health and safety advocate and support plant-specific initiatives
Key Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations or related field
Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and build rapport with team members
High attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SharePoint is an asset
Experience in a manufacturing environment and a valid G or G2 licence with access to a vehicle are considered assets
