As our Talent & Development Consultant, you'll partner with leaders, People Business Partners and key stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide programs across talent management, succession planning, performance and development, employee engagement and career development.
Experience designing and delivering talent, learning, leadership or organisational development initiatives.
Strong knowledge of talent management, employee development and organisational capability practices.
Experience working within a Human Resources, Learning & Development or Organisational Development environment.
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
