Talent & Development Consultant

Strong facilitation, coaching and influencing capabilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple programs and projects while delivering quality outcomes.

Experience using HR systems, Learning Management Systems and employee survey platforms (desirable).

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent workplace training qualification).
