Recruitment strategy and systems

• Design, implement, and drive adoption of AI-enabled recruitment tools and workflows.
• Redesign hiring processes to integrate automation without compromising candidate experience.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and ensure ethical, compliant recruitment use.
• Manage and optimize recruitment and onboarding processes, systems, ATS, and ERP integrations.
• Evaluate tools that improve efficiency and compliance across the hiring lifecycle.
• Ensure recruitment platforms connect seamlessly with the broader HR technology ecosystem.

Internal talent and campus recruitment

• Develop internal talent marketplace strategies to promote internal mobility and career growth.
• Implement internal sourcing initiatives to identify and engage employees for new opportunities.
• Partner with Learning and Development and HR business partners on workforce planning.
• Build relationships with universities, colleges, and professional associations.
• Develop campus recruitment programs and represent the organization at career fairs and networking events.

Sourcing and employer brand

• Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, niche boards, and AI-driven platforms.
• Partner with leadership to forecast talent needs using predictive analytics and workforce planning tools.
• Execute data-driven recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Enhance employer brand presence across social media and career platforms.

Measurement and change management

• Define and track KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
• Use analytics to measure impact and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Train recruiters and hiring managers on tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and HR business partners to drive organizational change and technology adoption.

Leadership and collaboration

• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters while fostering growth and high performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategy with organizational goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize recruiting tools and platforms.

Candidate profile

• Five to seven years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Team leadership experience is considered an asset.
• Proven success in recruitment transformation and AI-enabled hiring strategies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enablement platforms and LinkedIn Talent Insights or a similar tool.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and familiarity with internal talent marketplace strategies.
• Ability to use metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Candidates should demonstrate strategic thinking, empathy, accountability, and a bias for action.

Compensation

• The stated salary range is CAD $85,000 to CAD $110,000 per year.
