Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and support roles.
Work with global stakeholders and client requirements to identify suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
- Shortlist candidates based on technology skills, rates, and location preferences.
- Use Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, social media, blogs, and other recruitment channels.
- Negotiate rates and salaries with candidates.
- Submit candidates on time and provide required information to leadership.
- Maintain regular reports and MIS.
- Coordinate interview timings and joining formalities.
- Source, pitch, and recruit for junior, mid-management, and leadership technology and support roles.
- Work on IT and IT infrastructure roles including SAP, Intune, SCCM, application packaging, networking, and information security.
- Independently manage critical open positions and follow documented processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.
Job Requirements
- Hands-on recruiting experience for IT mandates.
- Excellent candidate management skills.
- Very good understanding of permanent and contractual IT staffing models in a large IT services organization.
- Excellent global stakeholder management, comprehension, and communication skills are required.
- Good understanding of technology, applicant tracking systems, and MIS reports.
- BE or BTech educational qualification.
