Role Overview
Own day-to-day operations and performance of Workspace1 and lead the WS1 team.
The ideal candidate has strong operational ownership, people leadership, analytical ability, and experience in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage the WS1 team.
- Drive operational, service, quality, and productivity KPI achievement.
- Manage workforce planning, scheduling, capacity, and resource utilization.
- Monitor SLAs, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Prepare performance dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
- Identify process improvements and drive automation and standardization.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, controls, and applicable standards.
Job Requirements
- Experience with team and people management.
- Experience in operations or program management.
- Experience managing KPIs and SLAs.
- Experience with stakeholder management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with process improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, with relevant workflow or CRM tools.
