The employer is seeking a professional talent acquisition specialist based in Riyadh.
The role manages end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition in line with company needs and strategic plans.
Responsibilities
- Identify hiring needs with department managers and prepare recruitment plans.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job advertising through hiring completion.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, databases, and professional channels.
- Screen resumes and select candidates who best match role requirements.
- Conduct phone and initial interviews and participate in technical and final interviews.
- Prepare offers, negotiate with candidates, and follow up until their start date.
- Build and maintain a database of candidates and potential talent.
- Improve candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor time to fill, quality of hire, and sourcing metrics.
- Ensure recruitment procedures comply with company policies and Saudi labor law.
- Help develop recruitment policies, procedures, and forms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of practical recruitment and talent acquisition experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and selection and hiring procedures.
- Experience recruiting administrative, engineering, sales, and other specialist talent.
- A recognized HR or recruitment certification such as SHRM, CIPD, HRCI, or an equivalent certification.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law and recruitment and contracting procedures.
- Ability to conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates professionally.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and analyze recruitment metrics using Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- Previous real estate development experience is preferred.
