Role Overview
Dyari is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Riyadh.
The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and attracting administrative, engineering, and sales talent aligned with company needs and future plans.
Requirements
- University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting administrative, engineering, and sales professionals.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment platforms.
- Advanced interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize work, prepare reports, and analyze recruitment KPIs.
- Good knowledge of Saudi labor law and recruitment procedures.
- Real estate or construction experience is preferred.
- SHRM or CIPD certification is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from identifying hiring needs through candidate onboarding.
- Partner with department managers to define vacancies and job requirements.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements through appropriate sourcing channels.
- Source qualified candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate applicants.
- Prepare shortlists, provide recommendations, coordinate interviews, and negotiate job offers.
- Build and maintain a talent database and continuous talent pipeline.
- Analyze time to fill, quality of hire, and sourcing-channel metrics.
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
