Responsibilities
- Source and attract Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Screen candidates to evaluate sales experience, communication skills, and suitability for commission based roles
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified real estate professionals
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms
- Track candidate progress through CRM and recruitment systems
- Support onboarding and documentation processes for successful hires
- Collaborate with sales managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably within real estate, sales, or commission based hiring
- Proven ability to identify and assess sales oriented candidates
- Knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate market is highly advantageous
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship building skills
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using recruitment systems, CRM platforms, and sourcing tools

About the Role
- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the growth of our Dubai and Abu Dhabi sales teams by recruiting high performing Property Consultants and Real Estate Agents.
- You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and assessing sales driven professionals who are motivated to succeed in a commission based environment.
- You will work closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
