The role focuses primarily on recruiting real estate agents and talent acquisition.
Candidates should have a proven record of recruiting real estate agents in the UAE market.
Prior experience with a Dubai real estate brokerage and hiring agents at scale is emphasized.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment of real estate agents.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified broker candidates.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
- Conduct screening interviews and manage the hiring process.
- Coordinate onboarding and recruitment documentation.
- Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and hiring metrics.
Mandatory Requirements
- At least one year of recruitment experience recruiting real estate agents in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of sourcing channels, candidate pipelines, and recruitment strategies within the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
