Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and HR documentation.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• One to three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems or HR software.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
