As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our team and seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment of high-quality real estate professionals.
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of real estate agents and sales professionals.
This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify candidates who align with a structured, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and communication skills
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain an active and organized pipeline of qualified candidates
- Track and report recruitment activity, including calls, interviews, and conversion ratios
- Ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with onboarding coordination, including documentation and joining formalities
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales agents recruitment experiance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Real Estate recruitment or sales hiring within the UAE
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
