About the Role

  • Seeking a forward thinking and highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
  • Conduct competency based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Manage offer negotiations and pre employment processes.
  • Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor hiring performance and recruitment KPIs.
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and talent acquisition best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR are considered an advantage.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing platforms.
  • Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels.
  • Experience in FMCG, Real Estate.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
  • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and recruitment analytics.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • SHRM, CIPD is plus.
