- Manage the end to end procurement lifecycle and category execution
- Lead spend analysis, cost control, and procurement savings delivery
- Handle supplier evaluation, SRM, risk, and continuity management
- Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts across their lifecycle
- Ensure governance, compliance, controls, and approval workflow management
- Support S&OP, demand planning, and stakeholder coordination
- Provide client facing service support and cross functional business partnering
- Drive adoption of ERP procurement modules, e procurement, and automation
- Own data analytics, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Lead change management and process improvement initiatives
- Supervise, develop, and build team capability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
- Open to Saudi nationals only
- Strong negotiation and analytical thinking
- Team leadership and clear communication
- Problem solving and attention to detail
- Innovation mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- CIPS Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred
- CPSM preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
