Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple companies within the Group
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify workforce requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and agencies
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and shortlisting
- Handle bulk hiring requirements for operational and project based recruitment
- Recruit for all levels including blue collar, white collar, technical, engineering, supervisory, managerial, and senior management
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and support offer negotiations
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and manpower status updates
Requirements

Job Overview

Mandatory Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience

- Experience recruiting for all organizational levels, from blue collar workers to senior management
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Good knowledge of UAE labor market trends and recruitment practices
