Role Overview

  • We are looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and take ownership of recruiting top tier technical and engineering talent.
  • This role will be pivotal in fulfilling client requirements with precision and timeliness, ensuring an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Post job opportunities on SmartRecruiters and other platforms; leverage multiple sourcing channels; build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Screening & Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough screening of CVs; shortlist top tier candidates; share profiles with Team Lead.
  • Interview & Selection Process: Conduct preliminary interviews; coordinate technical assessments and client interviews; collaborate with Lead TA and Business Partner for salary approval.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Prepare and send offer letters; oversee onboarding including consultancy agreements, document collection, pre deployment induction, work permit processing, and IT setup.
  • Ongoing Candidate Support & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of candidate visas, consultancy dates, bank details; safeguard original documentation; provide documentation to HR coordinator for visa processing.
  • Reporting & Metrics Management: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports, tracking KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, specializing in technical and engineering recruitment.
  • In depth experience with Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidate fit and make data driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance.
