Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, attract, and onboard high-potential real estate agents into the brokerage.
This is not a traditional HR position; it is a performance-driven role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including outbound sourcing, candidate screening, pitching the brokerage opportunity, and onboarding new agents.
The role also involves building a consistent pipeline of candidates and working closely with leadership to refine hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source real estate agents through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
- Engage and pitch the brokerage opportunity to prospective candidates
- Screen candidates based on motivation, sales ability, and long-term potential
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment strategy and messaging
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting for real estate, sales, or commission-based roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence and persuade candidates
- Comfortable with outbound sourcing and proactive candidate engagement
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on results
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
Compensation
- Base salary with performance-based incentives
