Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Draft inclusive job descriptions and post openings across relevant platforms.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up.
• Experience with hiring processes and structured, competency-based interviewing.
• Employer branding skills and ability to promote organizational culture through digital channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR tools or platforms.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple requisitions in a part-time remote environment.
• Understanding of fair hiring practices and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
