The employer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in real estate brokerage recruitment.
The role supports hiring for real estate sales and brokerage positions.
Sourcing and Screening
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and company standards.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Recruitment Process
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
- Handle the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through offer, documentation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for real estate sales and brokerage positions.
Candidate and Hiring Support
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with HR and management to ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates.
- Track recruitment activities, hiring progress, and relevant recruitment metrics.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate brokerage recruitment.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales hiring and candidate profiles.
- Proven ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
