Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage potential clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers to support successful transactions.
- Build and maintain a network of clients and industry contacts.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent.
- Experience in waterfront communities is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Driving licence and car.
- RERA Certification.
