The role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, technology, artificial intelligence, strategy, and transformation across Canada, the United States, and global markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives that modernize Talent Acquisition capabilities, processes, and ways of working.
- Drive adoption and optimization of recruiting technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Develop roadmaps, priorities, and future capabilities with leaders, technology teams, and external partners.
- Improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead change management, communications, and enablement for transformation initiatives.
- Monitor emerging trends and innovations shaping Talent Acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading complex Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, technology, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience delivering business outcomes through process improvement, technology implementation, or organizational change.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
