Role overview
The Director, Client Data Solutions will manage and optimize client data integration, governance, and analytics within Group Benefits and Group Retirement Services.
The role drives technology-enabled transformation and operational excellence through collaboration with business units, Technology teams, and external partners.
The position requires strategic leadership, technical acumen, and experience leading large operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a client data strategy covering integration frameworks, data architecture, governance, and quality standards.
- Lead a diverse team of approximately 40 professionals and establish KPIs for adoption of new tools and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, compliance, privacy, risk controls, and operational integrity.
- Design scalable integrations using APIs, HRIS, payroll systems, and emerging technologies.
- Partner with Technology teams to modernize platforms and automate processes.
- Use analytics and operational metrics to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
- Engage clients, HRIS vendors, payroll providers, and technology partners to deliver integrated solutions.
