Role overview
Act as a senior Talent Partner supporting engineering hiring across software, infrastructure, systems, and emerging technology teams in India.
The role is a hands-on recruiting partnership position responsible for full-cycle hiring, workforce planning input, compliance, and candidate and stakeholder experience.
Talent partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to engineering hiring managers for mid-to-senior technical roles.
- Partner on role scoping, workforce planning input, and hiring prioritization.
- Translate technical and business hiring needs into effective recruiting strategies.
Full-cycle engineering recruiting
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles from intake through offer and close.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical talent across the India technology market, including passive candidate engagement.
- Drive inclusive, equitable, and consistent interview processes.
Stakeholder and process partnership
- Partner with Engineering, Finance, and HR on approvals, compensation, and compliance.
