Role Overview
A leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join its team in Jeddah.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Recruitment experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Ability to recruit technical, engineering, operational, and corporate talent.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi labor market and recruitment practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with ATS/HRIS and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Recruit technical, engineering, operational, and corporate talent.
- Apply knowledge of Saudi labor market conditions and recruitment practices.
- Manage recruitment stakeholders and support hiring negotiations.
