HR Operations Manager for a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure accurate employee data and HR transactions.
- Lead manpower planning based on business requirements, workforce demand, organizational structure, and budget.
- Drive employee experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Oversee payroll operations for accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR operations experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Solid experience in employee relations, employee experience, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Saudi labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
