- Manage the end to end recruitment process for assigned vacancies
- Source suitable candidates using a range of recruitment channels
- Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Prepare offers of employment and support pre employment activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate pipelines
- Promote a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices
- Build talent pipelines to support future recruitment requirements
Requirements
- 4 years recruitment experience, either in house or agency
- UAE recruitment experience
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Experience using online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and Bayt
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law (desirable)

- Working Pattern: Mon Sat 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Salary: Competitive depending on experience
- Purpose of the Role: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for attracting, assessing and securing high quality talent to meet the company's recruitment needs.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Managing the end to end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
- Sourcing suitable candidates using a range of recruitment channels.
- Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, reports and candidate pipelines.

- Essential: 4 years recruitment experience, either in house or agency.

- Essential: Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Essential: Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Essential: Confident using Microsoft Office applications.
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
