Requirements
- 7+ years HR Generalist experience
- CIPD Level 5 or above / SHRM Certified Professional
- Experience managing end to end recruitment
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience supporting Managers
- Strong HR administration skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline (desirable)
- Experience within SME environment (desirable)
- Learning and development experience (desirable)

Purpose
- The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the company’s Human Resources function, ensuring the business attracts, develops and retains high performing employees while maintaining compliance with UAE employment legislation.
- This is a hands on operational role suited to someone who enjoys building processes, improving employee experience and partnering with managers to support business growth.
- The successful candidate will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee relations and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end to end recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain high quality employees.

Knowledge & Experience
- Essential: 7+ years HR Generalist experience.

- Essential: Strong HR administration skills
