Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join our HR team in Libya.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding top talent.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in the offer negotiation process
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires
  • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
