Responsibilities

  • Search for suitable candidates to fill the vacant position with matching candidates.
  • Publish job Ads in Jadarat, social media programs and other sources mainly LinkedIn to collect qualified CVS
  • Conduct initial HR interview and shortlist the qualified candidates for second round with department’s head.
  • Hire local (Saudi – non Saudi) and overseas candidates as per plan, best & efficient source.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till joining date
  • Perform new employee’s induction to explain new employees company rules & main policies, his job tasks, company culture.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and management to ensure candidates align with job requirements and company culture.
  • Organize recruitment events and job fairs to enhance the company’s market presence and expand the pool of potential candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and relevant local laws, and handle any employment related issues.
