About the Role

- Search for suitable candidates to fill vacant positions
- Publish job ads in Jadarat, social media, and LinkedIn to collect qualified CVs
- Conduct initial HR interview and shortlist qualified candidates for second round with department head
- Hire local (Saudi – non Saudi) and overseas candidates as per plan
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process till joining date
- Perform new employee induction to explain company rules, policies, job tasks, and culture
- Collaborate with HR teams and management to ensure candidates align with job requirements and company culture
- Organize recruitment events and job fairs to enhance company’s market presence
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and relevant local laws, and handle employment related issues
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of local recruitment laws and compliance
- Ability to conduct initial HR interviews
