About the Role
Al Jameel International Group seeks an experienced HR Business Partner in Jeddah to align HR strategies with business objectives, support workforce planning, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support
- Support workforce planning, manpower planning, and organizational design initiatives
- Lead and support performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad)
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad)
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross functional teams
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people related matters.
- Support workforce planning, manpower planning, and organizational design initiatives.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and support performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning.
- Handle employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Support recruitment activities for key and leadership positions.
- Analyze HR metrics including turnover, engagement, absenteeism, and Saudization.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and HR government systems (Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad).
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent are preferred.
