Role Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end to end recruitment for our clients.
  • This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands on recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and client interaction without managing a team.
  • The successful candidate will own multiple hiring projects, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end recruitment for permanent positions across multiple industries.
  • Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate screening and competency based interviews.
  • Assess technical, functional, and behavioural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates with detailed candidate summaries.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
  • Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement until onboarding.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and market intelligence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Agency recruitment or executive search experience preferred.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates.
  • Excellent Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and industries.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Self motivated and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting across the GCC and Middle East.
  • Experience hiring technology, cybersecurity, engineering, commercial, and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with AI powered recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques.
