- Manage end to end recruitment for permanent positions across multiple industries
- Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting
- Conduct candidate screening and competency based interviews
- Assess technical, functional, and behavioural fit
- Present qualified candidates with detailed candidate summaries
- Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate engagement until onboarding
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Requirements
- 6+ years of recruitment experience
- Agency recruitment or executive search experience preferred
- Strong experience sourcing passive candidates
- Excellent Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter skills
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and industries
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Manager – Talent Acquisition to manage end to end recruitment for our clients.
- This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands on recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and client interaction without managing a team.
- The successful candidate will own multiple hiring projects, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment for permanent positions across multiple industries.
- Understand client requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of recruitment experience.
- Agency recruitment or executive search experience preferred.

- Experience hiring across multiple functions and industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting across the GCC and Middle East.
- Experience hiring technology, cybersecurity, engineering, commercial, and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with AI powered recruitment tools and modern sourcing techniques.
