Job Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring acquisition of top talent to meet staffing needs and strategic objectives.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and diversity recruiting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
Job Experience
