Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring acquisition of top talent to meet staffing needs and strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities 1

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs.
  • Manage the recruitment team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
  • Conduct job analysis and workforce planning to identify staffing needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to source and attract candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process.
  • Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment contracts.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements.

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and recruitment methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Experience in employer branding, candidate experience optimization, and diversity recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.

Job Experience

  • Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus.
