Talent Acquisition_Manager

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 6–9 years of strong experience in end‐to‐end hiring.

The role involves understanding business needs, sourcing qualified candidates, managing the interview process, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct HR screening to evaluate communication, fitment, experience, and expectations.
• Coordinate with technical panels and ensure timely interview closures.
• Manage high‐volume and niche hiring based on business requirements.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand JD, skill requirements, and urgency.
• Provide regular hiring updates, dashboards, and status reports.
• Ensure alignment on profiles, interview feedback, timelines, and selection decisions.

• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Manage offer negotiation, notice‐period discussions, and follow‐up until joining.
• Create a positive candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.
