Lead recruitment strategy and build talent pipelines across multiple brands, functions, and locations.
Serve as a hands-on leadership partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy and recruitment processes.
- Build pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Drive sourcing through digital channels, agencies, referrals, universities, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team against recruitment KPIs.
- Strengthen employer branding through career fairs, university events, and talent initiatives.
- Drive Emiratization and UAE national recruitment initiatives.
- Manage ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, hiring metrics, agencies, vendors, platforms, and the TA budget.
- Improve recruitment processes, technology, sourcing strategies, and hiring efficiency.
- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Experience in fast-paced F&B, retail, or hospitality environments.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and high-volume recruitment environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE employment and recruitment practices is preferred.
