Job Purpose
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers.
Maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area while providing excellent service and working well under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
- Handle and maintain all equipment properly.
- Follow and uphold food hygiene, licensing, and safety standards.
- Liaise with managers, waiters, and runners to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean glasses, utensils, the bar, and bar equipment.
- Restock napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products, and condiments.
- Date and store food correctly, sanitize equipment, and protect food product quality.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to use a coffee maker.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
