About the Role
Fynd is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern for its HR team.
The internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment operations, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and interview lifecycle management.
The intern will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced technology and retail environment.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes against role requirements provided by hiring managers.
- Conduct basic telephone screens to assess candidate fit, availability, and interest.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers.
