Role Purpose
The Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will lead and drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategy across Saudi Diyar Consultants, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and secures high-caliber engineering and technical talent.
This role shifts HR from transactional hiring to strategic talent acquisition, with clear accountability through measurable performance KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies (headhunting, referrals, competitor mapping)
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Partner with HODs to define requirements and ensure quality hires
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations
- Manage offer negotiation and closing

Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Support workforce planning aligned with project pipeline
- Identify talent gaps and propose hiring strategies
- Provide market intelligence (salary benchmarks, availability, competition)
- 3.
Recruitment Governance
- Standardize recruitment processes across offices
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience
- Track and report recruitment performance
- 4.
Hr Operations (Secondary Scope)
- Support onboarding and employee integration
- Maintain HR records and compliance
- Support performance management and reporting
Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)
- Time to Hire: 30–45 days (standard), 45–60 days (senior roles)
- Quality of Hire: 80%+ meeting/exceeding expectations after 6 months
• Offer Acceptance Rate: 85%+
- Early Attrition Rate: \<10% (first 6 months)
- Talent Pipeline: 3–5 qualified candidates per key role
• Direct Sourcing Ratio: 70%+
- Interview-to-Offer Ratio: 3:1 to 5:1
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years experience in talent acquisition within Architecture & Engineering firms.
- Proven headhunting experience.
- Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
