- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage candidate communications
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Prepare job advertisements and ensure timely posting across recruitment platforms
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and hiring documentation
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle day to day HR operations and coordination tasks
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure the smooth execution of HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- UAE recruitment / talent acquisition experience is mandatory
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast paced environment

Job Overview
- Oasis Living Real Estate is looking for a proactive and results driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have hands on recruitment experience in the UAE and a strong ability to source, attract, and hire top talent across various functions.
- In addition to recruitment, the role will also support day to day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
