Role Description

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including workforce planning, job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Build candidate pipelines and ensure an inclusive, fair recruitment process.
• Manage external recruitment partners and optimize digital recruitment channels.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports and improve recruitment outcomes.
• Improve candidate experience and develop employer branding initiatives.
• Support performance and engagement programs related to talent retention.
• Advise on talent management best practices within a legal services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong hiring skills covering workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and selection are required.
• Employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and employer branding skills are required.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations is required.
• Professional services or law firm experience is preferred.
• Communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and senior leadership advisory skills are required.
