Role Overview
The Design Director leads the law firm’s visual and spatial identity across digital, print, and built environments.
The role is part-time and remote and covers branding, design supervision, stakeholder collaboration, and spatial design coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all firm touchpoints.
- Lead multidisciplinary design projects and translate strategic goals into effective design solutions.
- Collaborate with partners, legal teams, external vendors, architects, and designers.
- Oversee design concepts and review and approve design deliverables.
- Coordinate office layouts, spatial projects, interior projects, and construction-related drawings.
- Prepare design documentation and technical drawings when needed.
- Monitor project timelines, manage design resources, and maintain quality and standards compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong design-management and product-design skills with experience leading multidisciplinary design projects and teams.
- Strong branding skills and experience implementing brand identity systems across print, digital, and environmental design.
- Architecture and construction-drawing skills, including layout plans and technical documentation.
