Job Summary
Support the Talent Acquisition function with end-to-end recruitment activities across all company brands.
Manage recruitment data and talent trackers, coordinate interviews and trial shifts, and support candidate communication.
Help provide a consistent and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain recruitment master data and talent trackers.
- Post openings on approved job boards and social media channels.
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and trial shifts with hiring managers and venues.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-up throughout recruitment.
- Apply the employer brand consistently across recruitment touchpoints.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of recruitment experience within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and stakeholders.
