Job Summary
The Restaurant General Manager will lead the day-to-day operation of Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi.
The role has full ownership of the restaurant, including team culture, guest experience, commercial performance, and operational standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the overall day-to-day operation of Tom & Serg Abu Dhabi.
- Create a strong team culture and ensure a consistently great guest experience.
- Own revenue, labour, costs, and overall restaurant performance.
- Drive training, development, and performance across the team.
- Maintain high standards across service, food, coffee, cleanliness, and presentation.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a high-volume hospitality environment.
- Strong background in all-day dining, premium casual dining, or lifestyle-led restaurant concepts.
- Commercial mindset with strong understanding of P&L, cost control, and restaurant performance.
- Passion for great food, specialty coffee, and genuine hospitality.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage.
