Own full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, support onboarding, and contribute to talent acquisition process improvement.
The role supports hiring across functions including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Operations.
How You Will Shape Employee Success
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
- Use creative outreach, events, meetups, job fairs, networking, referrals, university relations, and online platforms to source candidates.
- Manage resume screening, interviews, scheduling, feedback collection, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Represent the company brand and promote its culture within the technology community.
- Manage multiple roles, reassess priorities, and maintain strong organizational discipline.
- Track and share recruitment data to improve strategies and outcomes.
- Build cross-functional relationships across the organization.
- Complete projects that optimize talent acquisition and improve the hiring process.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment expertise.
- Strong business acumen and interviewing skills, including assessment of skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Ability to collaborate effectively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize with urgency.
- Detail-oriented problem solver interested in continuous improvement and project-based work.
- Experience sourcing active and passive candidates through diverse channels.
- Experience working with senior leaders and interviewers to understand role requirements and team culture.
- Energetic, personable, and outgoing approach to candidate and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with Lever or a similar ATS is preferred.
- SaaS recruiting experience is preferred.

Compensation
- The expected compensation range is $78,000–$85,000, subject to skills, experience, and relevant certifications.
