The position contributes to program execution and team process improvements through lessons learned and practical solutions.
Program Leadership and Execution
- Lead technical programs from planning through delivery with limited oversight.
- Translate objectives into plans, milestones, deliverables, success measures, and ownership.
- Coordinate work across engineering and partner functions.
- Manage scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, quality, readiness, and delivery commitments.
- Apply Agile practices and partner with managers and senior managers on priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Alignment and Delivery Management
- Build productive relationships across technical teams, business stakeholders, and partner functions.
- Facilitate decisions by clarifying options, trade-offs, risks, and delivery impacts.
- Communicate program status, progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and next steps.
- Coordinate escalation and follow-up to remove barriers and reinforce accountability.
- Track risks, dependencies, resource constraints, technical issues, and readiness concerns.
Governance and Process Improvement
- Establish program governance, review cadences, decision tracking, escalation paths, and accountability.
- Track metrics for program health, delivery progress, quality, readiness, adoption, and outcomes.
- Provide concise reporting and maintain current program documentation.
- Apply Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, or other fit-for-purpose Agile practices.
- Identify recurring execution gaps and improve planning, communication, tooling, metrics, and delivery processes.
- Document and share templates, approaches, and lessons learned with teams and Program Managers.
Experience and Qualifications
- Typically 6+ years of progressive program, project delivery, or technical operations experience.
- Experience independently leading medium-to-large technical programs involving multiple teams and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in program planning, scheduling, dependency and risk management, governance, metrics, communications, and delivery execution.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, iterative planning, or hybrid models.
- Experience leading technology programs involving software, cloud services, data, integrations, security, infrastructure, or digital transformation.
- Strong facilitation, communication, negotiation, conflict-resolution, judgment, and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant professional certifications are valued when supported by demonstrated practical expertise.

Compensation
- The stated salary range is $106,000 to $130,000, depending on experience, skills, and market data.
- Compensation is reviewed at least annually based on performance and impact.
