About the Role
Al Bustan Centre and Residence is seeking an experienced Tailor to cut, sew, and repair uniforms, linens, and other hotel supplies. The role requires proficiency in hand and machine sewing, maintaining sewing equipment, and keeping accurate records of discarded items.

Responsibilities
- Clean and oil sewing machines regularly and ensure they are in good working condition
- Ensure all sewing supplies required for daily use are in sufficient stock
- Report to Housekeeping Manager for any repair and sewing supplies requirement
- Carry out all sewing and alteration requirements of guest requests
- Repair and upkeep all staff uniforms and amend all linen when damaged by the Laundry
- Alter uniform when necessary on Housekeeping Manager request
- Keep an accurate record of all discarded linen and uniforms and convert them into usable items
- Make special requirements such as special stitching for functions and display or fancy dress
- Keep record of all miscellaneous vouchers used for alteration and repairs of guest items
- Assist and relieve in Linen room attendant during emergency or annual vacation
Requirements
- Must have tailoring experience

Job Overview
- Must have tailoring experience, must know how to cut/sew/repair uniform materials, linens and other supplies for the use of the Hotel.
- Job Type: Full time
- Pay: AED1,500.00 AED1,800.00 per month
- Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Clean and oil sewing machines regularly and ensures that they are all in good working condition.
