- Solid experience working as all around Chef in a hotel or well reputable restaurant.
- Can supervise team of F&B Production staff.
- Ability to produce international cuisines and preparation with international menu standards and practices.
- Controls and analyzes, on an ongoing basis, the following:
- Quality levels of production and presentation including employee’s cafeteria.
- Guest satisfaction.
- Merchandizing and marketing.
- Operating/payroll/food costs.
- Cleanliness, sanitation, hygiene conformity with a special attention to HACCP Standards as laid down in the HACCP Manual.
- Full knowledge in menu, and food preparation.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
