Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sewing, altering, and repairing garments to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic to intermediate stitching and garment construction
- Handle alterations (hemming, resizing, adjustments)
- Repair damaged clothing and fix defects
- Work with different fabrics and materials
- Follow design specifications and measurements accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Assist with quality checks before delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as a tailor or sewing operator
- Good knowledge of sewing machines and tools
- Ability to read measurements and patterns
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic communication skills
