Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain the T24 core banking system, focusing on Loans and Deposits modules
- Implement changes and enhancements based on business requirements
- Customize and extend T24 modules using Temenos T24 tools
- Integrate T24 with other banking systems and third party tools
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Loans and Deposits modules
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing for enhancements
- Provide ongoing support for production systems
- Assist with migration of data from legacy systems into T24
- Document technical design, configurations, and customization procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience as a T24 Developer with exposure to Loans and Deposits modules
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Temenos T24 core banking system, particularly Loans and Deposits modules
- Experience with T24 programming languages (T24 R11, T24 Java, JBASE, Unix/Linux scripting)
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, especially loan products and deposit accounts
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards (AML, KYC)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Purpose
- Play a key role in development and maintenance of T24 banking application with focus on loans and deposits modules
- Work with business analysts, system architects, and stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain T24 core banking system focusing on Loans and Deposits modules
- Implement changes and enhancements based on business requirements
- Customize and extend T24 modules using Temenos T24 tools (T24 programming languages, Java, Unix/Linux scripts, JBASE)
- Integrate T24 with other banking systems, external interfaces, and third party tools
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Loans and Deposits modules
- Perform unit testing and system integration testing for all enhancements
- Ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing support for production systems
- Assist with migration of data from legacy systems into T24
- Document technical design, configurations, and customization procedures
- Stay up to date with latest T24 releases and financial industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Temenos T24 core banking system, particularly Loans and Deposits modules
- Experience with T24 programming languages (T24 R11, T24 Java, JBASE, Unix/Linux scripting)
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, especially loan products and deposit accounts
- Understanding of banking regulations and compliance standards (AML, KYC)
- Familiarity with API integration, data migration, and interfacing with third party systems
- Experience in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging within T24 environment
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 4+ years of experience as a T24 Developer with exposure to Loans and Deposits modules
- Proven track record of implementing, customizing, and supporting T24 in live production environment
Skills and Competencies
- In depth understanding of Loans & Deposits business processes and workflows in banking
- Strong knowledge of T24 development frameworks including R11, JBASE, T24 Customization
- Experience with T24 architecture and configuration settings including TAFJ, JPA, REST APIs, batch processing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to design solutions meeting technical and business needs
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and version control tools (Git, SVN)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
