Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred.
Experience
No prior IT experience required. Recent high school/college graduate or career changer with eagerness to learn IT fundamentals.
Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, 11) or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow written procedures.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
