Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience
5 years related manufacturing experience required
Skills
- Leadership, coaching and continuous communication with salary and hourly workforce is required.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization including Customers & Suppliers.
- Knowledge of ISO14001/IATF16949 standards required.
- Experience in the following areas is preferred, but not required: metrology; statistical process control concepts; FMEAs (failure modes and effects analysis); basic knowledge of machining, electrical, tooling, and machine building; and production part approval process (PPAP).
- Must foster an attitude for continuous improvement.
- Computer literacy requirements include skills in word processing, MS Office suite including Outlook and Excel, PLEX -materials resource planning (MRP) system, job costing, and management reports.
- Must be proficient in Spanish (Ability to Read, Write, & Speak)
