We are seeking a Staff Systems Engineer with Common Product Line and DO-178C experience to support the full product lifecycle of safety-critical embedded systems.
As a Staff Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming customer needs and mission objectives into robust technical solutions. You will support the development and certification of embedded avionics and mission software, with a strong emphasis on software and system requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop, decompose, and maintain system, software, and subsystem requirements, including high- and low-level requirements and bidirectional traceability.
Define internal and external interfaces and develop and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Develop and review algorithms and technical solutions that meet performance, safety, and mission objectives.
Allocate requirements across software, hardware, integration, and test disciplines.
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and systems architecture principles to solve complex technical challenges.
Collaborate with hardware, software, integration/test, safety, and program teams to resolve issues and validate system performance.

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
